The space 🌟Our condo is located in a large outdoor garden that is evergreen all year.With the fragrance of birds and flowers, you can enjoy the largest luxury swimming pool and professional gym in all the condos of Chiang Mai for free. 💗There are 1 queen size bed in the bedroom.All the beddings and towels are cleaned and disinfected once for each guest by our own housekeeper but not public laundry or laundromat .We also have regular professional cleaning and disinfection of air conditioner/washing machine, which is not something that ordinary Airbnb can do, but we have been insisting on it, just to ensure your clean and safe living. Guest access The whole room Swimming pool Gym Garden Lobby Other things to note 🌟 Our room rate doesn’t include the water and electric bill. we will charge 5 baht /unit for the electric (normally 500-1500 baht per month in this room )and 30 baht /unit for the water ( normally 100-200 baht per month ) ,up to guests’ using habbit.Housekeeper will check the units when you check in and out and send you the detail photos. 🌟Our check in time is 14:00 pm and check out time is 12:00pm 🌟 Our condo is a smoke-free community, smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the building especially inside the room and balcony ( Violated a fine of 5,000 THB ) ,but you are welcome to enjoy in the designated smoking spots in the condo garden.
