The wood floors have recently been refinished throughout, and the kitchen and basement were also recently updated. Bedroom/bathroom layout: -3 bedrooms and 2 baths on 2nd floor -1/2 bath on main level -2 bedrooms, TV room and laundry room in basement (must walk upstairs to main floor for toilet, 2nd floor for shower/bath) -There are extra twin mattresses/beds/sheets in the laundry room if needed Guest access You will have access to the full house.
