The space The bedroom has 2 queen beds, 4 low pillows, 2 high pillows, 2 beddings, extra beddings, hangers, etc. are provided. iPhone charger, smartphone charger and a video projector, but the connector that can be used to watch videos are limited. (However, if you have an HDMI connector, please bring it) Enjoy the comfort of a drug bed that is hard to get out of once you lie down. The mattresses and pillows are made by MLILY. Guest access Available: 4th floor and rooftop(after paying) Kitchen: 3-burner induction (do not use washing machine while using induction), coffee pot, refrigerator, frying pan, pots and cooking utensils, 6 wine glasses, bowls, spoons, saucers, a wine opener, basic seasonings (oil, salt, pepper, parsley, basil) Bathroom: bidet, hair dryer, solid toothpaste (toothbrush X), soap, cleansing foam, body wash, shampoo, towel, shaving cream, lip balm, comb, eyelash curler Others: Air conditioner, cell phone charger (iPhone, Type C), projector (HDMI cable and connector), indoor shoes, shoe horn, lint roller, bug spray - You can cook. However, grilling meat, cooking fish, or cooking with strong odors that may stink in the space is prohibited. When cooking, be sure to watch for any incidents as much as possible during, before and after cooking. Also, after cooking, open the window and close the insect screen to ventilate the house. - There are three air conditioners in total. There is one in the living room and two in the bedroom. Other things to note - In case of noise, the first is a warning, the second is a check-out. Please note that the upper and lower floors are residential spaces. Please make reservations only for guests who will use it quietly and cleanly. - If you spill something on the dining table, sofa or especially floor(marble) wipe it up as soon as possible. - Be careful when using the bathroom and house (marble) as the floor may be slippery. - Do not open a place where access is prohibited except for those involved. - Xbox controller, be sure to wipe the used part or sweaty area with a wet tissue. - When using TV streaming and game services, use the guest account and log out when finished. - Eating/drinking is prohibited in the bedroom (water is allowed, but ionic and alcohol beverages are not). If the beddings are damaged from beverages or food, 100% of the claim for damages are made. -Guests can consume alcohol, but must contact the host in advance to confirm drinking. Drinking without prior permission is not allowed, and an additional fee per person will be incurred if this is violated. ₩3,000,000 for all guest(s) / (youth protection and business protection). - Self-catering is possible. However, grilling meat, cooking fish, or cooking with strong odors that may leave the space smelly is prohibited. When cooking, be sure to turn on the kitchen hood as much as possible during and before and after cooking. Also, after cooking, open windows, close insect screens, and ventilate the house. - If you do not wash the dishes and clean up, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. ₩50,000 each (please clean as soon as possible) - Early Check-in and Late Check-out is not possible. - Parking is free. Please let us know one day advance if you want a parking space. - Long-term guests cannot receive a refund for stays on the same day of check-in.
