Located on the third floor in the heart of Sète, the apartment is bright, peaceful and offers an open view over the rooftops of the city. The living area is a warm and welcoming space. A comfortable sofa invites you to relax after a day of exploring. The kitchen, open to the living room, is fully equipped and high-end : 4-burner induction hob, oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster. A beautiful wooden table with chairs awaits you for convivial meals. Everything you need to cook and enjoy your stay just like home, only better. The bedroom is a true haven of peace. Accessible through a sliding door, it offers a calm and restful space with a double bed (140x190). The bathroom, just off the bedroom, is modern and refined. The walk-in shower, large illuminated mirror, vanity unit and heated towel rail create a pleasant wellness space. A washing machine and hairdryer are also at your disposal for added daily comfort. The apartment is fully air-conditioned, ensuring a perfect temperature even on the hottest Sète summer days. For your comfort, bed linen and towels are provided for 2 guests and end-of-stay cleaning is taken care of. These services are included in the total amount of your booking. Guest access You have exclusive access to the entire apartment. All rooms are available to you for the duration of your stay. Other things to note To ensure your stay runs smoothly, please respect the agreed check-in and check-out times. Any arrival after 7pm or departure before 9am will incur an additional fee of €25. Please let us know in advance. When leaving, please tidy up the apartment : empty the bins, clear the fridge, and remove the bed sheets.
