Luxury coastal path cottage in Cornwall

Church Cottage is a Grade II listed thatched cottage nestled within Church Cove, on the breathtaking Lizard Peninsula in Cornwall. The three bedroom house (sleeps 6) is 400 metres from the ocean and the South West Coast Path in one direction and a five minute walk from Lizard Village in the other. The house is surrounded by breathtaking coastal landscape but is equally well placed for days spent on the many large white beaches nearby or, day trips to Falmouth, Penzance and St Ives. The space Downstairs is large and open with underfloor heating throughout: there is a boot room with direct access to the back garden and onward walks, a downstairs cloakroom, large living area with sofas, chairs, games and a Smart TV and an airy, newly kitted out eating and kitchen space. Artwork by young British artists in particular, are scattered around the house. Superfast Broadband wifi is accessible throughout. Our mattresses are Juno Silks (one king, one double and two singles) from The Original Bed Company, King's Road, London, chosen specifically because they are supremely comfortable. Bed linen is luxurious boutique hotel quality from Soak and Sleep, our duvets and pillows are a combination of feather and down alternatives to suit all, and our large fluffy towels are from The White Company. Bedroom one is the King with window seat and shutters and a walk-in wardrobe. The second bedroom is a double with shuttered window and the third has two single beds and shuttered window. There is one main bathroom with large, freestanding bath, shower and heated towel rail. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, large American style fridge, Rangemaster Elise oven/ induction hob, washing machine (a tumble dryer in the boot room) and Nespresso coffee machine; we’ve kitted it out with everything you might need for your stay including enamelware from ProCook in Bath, silver plated vintage cutlery and abundant glassware. The farmhouse table seats eight. Guest access Guests have access to all areas within the house.
