Karydia House is located in the village Artemisio on the north coast of Evia close to the famous Pefki beach. This house has a unique authentic atmosphere. The renovated part is 100 years old and has always been inhabited. We have added an extension and together this has formed a beautiful holiday home with all modern facilities and suited for families with young children. With the exception of two steps everything is on one level and easily accessible to guests with mobility limitations. The space Karydia House consists of two parts. There is the renovated original house which includes an open plan kitchen / dining area and a sitting area. The new extention was completed 5 years ago and contains two bedrooms, a large bathroom and a separate second toilet. Modern, well furnished with authentic elements. Both are separately accessible from the terrace. The terrace is spacious with a seating area in the shade under our beautiful, mature walnut tree. Guest access Karydia House is offered as a complete package.
