The space The entire apartment has sanded floorboards, a new bathroom (2022), a kitchen with an induction stovetop and a Jura coffee machine, bedroom C with a divisible box spring bed for guests 1-2 (plus a crib if necessary), and bedroom D (either a double bed or two single beds) for guests 3-4 in the attic area above the apartment. There is also a conservatory with a gas grill, where smoking is also permitted (mainly for use during the summer months). Guest access Contactless access through key safe at the entrance. Other things to note A nominal occupancy is with max. 4 adults possible, a crib (140x70) can be provided for the 5th person. Infants allowed at their own responsibility, but not officially supported (disclaimer). Dogs allowed. The regional train line is 100 meters from the house.
