Great house for Derby. Very close to Churchill Downs, the airport, and neighborhood restaurants and coffee shop. The house features four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The space The home is over 1600 square feet with rear deck, large driveway, and two car garage. Open living room/dining room for gathering, eating, and hanging out with an electric fire place and 4K TV (antenna, dvd, smart TV apps). Dining table can easily seat 10 people. Great kitchen with granite countertops and modern appliances. There are two bedrooms upstairs, both with twin bunk beds. One set can be separate for two twins and there is an additional fold out twin frame to use if top bunks are not preferred. Each room has a dresser and closet. The upstairs bathroom has a sink, toilet, and standup shower. The main floor bedroom features a king bed, standup desk and closet. Additional room on main floor can be used as a bedroom (has a door to close inside as well as exterior access door) and includes a twin daybed with trundle (two twins which can be arranged together for king size), tv, and armoire. Mainfloor bathroom has sink, toilet, and shower/bathtub. Guest access You will have access to the whole house. Kitchen includes gas stove, double door refrigerator, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, dishes, cookware, and utensils. Washer and dryer in the basement. Outside access includes swingset/playhouse in the yard, and two-car garage. You can also enjoy the large deck on the rear of the house with picnic table for outdoor dining and gas grill with plenty of propane. Other things to note For most of the year this house is home to one cat. Of course he will not be present during your stay and thorough cleaning will be done before your arrival, however there may be some lingering fur or dander to consider if you are highly allergic. The house is equipped with a security system for which you'll be provided a pin and/or fob for arming and disarming. There are also two exterior security cameras (front doorbell and rear overlooking the deck). The house is child safe with outlet covers, baby gate on the stairs going up, and latch on the basement door.
