Winchlesea is the Gateway to the Otway hinterlands & is 20-30 mins to country towns, coastal towns of the Great Ocean Road, rainforest, a city.. & every drive is picturesque! This home has all you could need + comfy extras! The space Your bedroom has 2 quality king single beds for a good night sleep! There's a wardrobe, fan and heater. Next door to the bedroom is a bathroom (+bath) for your use. Aross the hall is a TV (with Netflick & disney) /reading room with blue tooth speakers you can use. The shared spaces include 2 connected lounge areas with a dining space & kitchen. The property itself.. well that's the main thing here. It's beutiful and diverse with gardens, gum trees, fruit and veg orchards, open paddock areas, and wind protected grass areas. With seating dotted around there are many lovely spots to sit and relax. You'll also come across our Golden Retriver who loves visitors! Guest access Were excited to share our new games shed. Enjoy the pool table, table tennis, air hockey, foozeball, darts and a plastic bowling set. We are available to answer any questions. We encourage you to enjoy the lovely property and covered outdoor decking areas. For arrival if we are home we can show you in or we will provide details for a key lock box. During your stay Up to you! We're happy to welcome you then be involved as much or as little as you'd like. Our golden retriever, however, will want toem with you.. he loves visitors! He lives inside but after he's greeted you, we can keep him sectioned off if you prefer. :) If you love dogs, he's a lovely companion and would love to show you around the property.. particularly to the strawberry patch! Other things to note We provide a basic breakfast; toast, spreads, musli, cornflakes, milk, tea and coffee. Pets: Have a well behaved dog you want to bring? They'd need to get on with our playful larger goldie (desexxed). Small dogs may not be contained by property fencing but there is a closed decking area. Rural property means there is a level of snake risk. Message to enquire. We don't expect any silly cleaning tasks from you - your on a holiday!
