With 4 bedrooms, one of which is an en-suite with a private bathroom, this house offers plenty of space and comfort for the whole family or group of friends. In addition to the suite, there is a social bathroom to serve the other rooms. The space The house is equipped with household utensils, kitchenware, bedding, pillows, bath and face towels, ensuring that your stay is comfortable and worry-free. Although the house does not have air conditioning, it is well ventilated and naturally ventilated by being on the beach, providing a cool and pleasant environment all year round. Each room is equipped with ceiling fans, and there are also floor fans to ensure everyone's thermal comfort! This property offers privacy and security, with an electronic gate and security cameras to ensure peace of mind during your stay. The property also has space for up to three cars. We have a great location, offering easy access to everything you need for a practical and convenient stay. We are close to markets, bakeries, pharmacies, restaurants, banks and food parks, ensuring that all your needs are easily met. Guest access Our beach, although very beautiful, is NOT SUITABLE FOR SWIMMING. However, you can explore the stunning beaches of the island and the mainland, which are located just minutes away from where we are. In addition, we are only 15 minutes from downtown Florianópolis, and approximately 30 minutes from the main beaches in the region, allowing you to enjoy the best of the island without having to travel long distances.
