This is a new home with an open floor plan that features a large living room with canal views. You and your guests will enjoy the large sectional couch and mounted flat screen TV. You can stream movies on the TV or any of your devices with complimentary Wi-Fi. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and has all of the kitchen essentials needed to make delicious meals. There are 6 barstools at the large kitchen island for seating. This home has 4 bedrooms. The master king bedroom features a large flat screen TV and comfortable bedding. There is direct access to the pool area and a beautiful en-suite master bathroom. The master bathroom is beautiful and features a walk-in shower and a separate tub. The three guest bedrooms host a king bed, and two queen bedrooms. This villa comes fully equipped with kayaks so you can paddle the canals and enjoy the serene surroundings. There is nothing quite like being on the water as the sun rises and the day awakens. You will love the outdoor pool area, which has beautiful canal views, a heated pool and spa, and an outdoor kitchen. The home access code will be given 2-4 days prior to arrival and after final payment and receipt of a signed rental agreement, and copy of photo ID. Boat lift is not for guest use. The vessel stored on the lift is not for rent. Other things to note You will be required to sign receipt of our Terms and Conditions for staying in one of our Vacation Homes. This can be done electronically or in person on the day of arrival. Access to the home can be restricted until you have agreed to our rental terms. RENTAL AGREEMENT TRANSACTION DIFFERENCES: The rental agreement you will receive from Roelens Vacations will vary from the amounts you are presented by Airbnb. Airbnb will collect the required 11% taxes and also a service fee. We do not see these amounts and therefore our rental agreement will only reflect the amounts we have netted from the transaction brokered by Airbnb.
