Welcome to a quiet, clean, and serene studio apartment with a balcony and fast wifi. Enjoy the ease of downtown living in this newly renovated, beautiful apartment decorated with natural colours. The apartment is located in a quiet downtown area only 10 min walk away from the market square and also the university. The parking space is included in the price. Running trails, the river, and the lake shore can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. Here you will be able to rest and recharge! The space All the rooms, except the bathroom, have been recently renovated. We have tried to cherish the authentic 70's feel in the apartment (e.g. Isku's original cabinets have been preserved). The bed is big and "back-friendly". Other things to note A free parking spot is included in the price, and also clean bedding, towels, soaps, cleaning soaps, toilet- and hand-papers. There is a yoga mat and a kettlebell in the apartment. Children's toys can be brought if needed. The apartment has a double bed, and if needed, we can provide a mattress for the third sleeper (as the couch is quite small). There is an extra fee (10e) for a third person. Please note that the apartment is on the third floor, and there's no elevator (good cardio practice :). As the weather gets warm, we can bring an AC-unit to the apartment (available upon request). Please note that AC is not built-in.
