This place is ideal for group of 4 or more people or long stay. Checkin is flexible if informed while booking.Check out is at 12 Noon. Luggage room provided for late check out. One lift is available. 100mpbs wifi available The space This is a fully furnished apartment which is at the center of Udupi city, at the same time it is in a residential lane ,300 mts away from KM marg which is main road of Udupi. This lane is calm and safe place. Night watch man will be provided on extrapayment if you feel so. Food has to be arranged self by guest. Famous Pai Tiffins resturant is 100mts away only. Swiggy and Zamato service is available . Apartment is in second floor. One can use the lift or climb stairs. Building has one lift and stairs are wider, small step ,easy to climb with side railings being provided. All Bed rooms have attached western commode bath room/toilet and one common bath room fitted with Indian commode. Hot water is provided by solar in all bathrooms and gyeser is fitted to 2 bathrooms including common bathroom. Kitchen equipped with gas stove, Cooker, Oven, fridge and all main utensils. Washing machine, Wifi, TV, Iron box, infant cradle are available. Large area is there in 3rd floor to dry your cloths. Wifi is now upgraded to 100 mpbs speed Electricity is supported by inverter and also generator Please go through house rules before booking. Guest access Guest are at liberty to use whole apartment which is in second floor with amenities provided inside the apartment.Whole apartment is reserved for one booking irrespective of number of guests and not shared with anyone else. There is separate bathroom with toilet in ground floor for use of driver. Other things to note If your check in is on sunday or between 7PM to 9AM on weekdays you may have do Self check in. Self check in procedures will be explained to you personally. It's single apartment in second floor of my clinic. Lift is available. Lift is available, but one should be ready to climb stairs if lift is not available due to repair and maintenance.. Power (Electricity)is supported by 3KV inverter and also generator. During power cuts all lights, fans and aircooler work in inverter and AC and lift work in generator( during power cuts) Soap ,shampoo and tooth paste will be provided for the day of check in . For long stays these items needs to brought self by guests. Please bring your own bath towel, tooth brush and shaving set Maid service available in daytime , once a day for cleaning. Please note that homestays have limited resources when compared to a hotel. Amenities may not be available due to unexpected breakdown, repair or maintenance particularly lift and generator. One should be ready to co-operate in such situations
