Our AirBnB stay is a cozy bedroom that's a few train stops away from the heart of NYC! We are located in East Flatbush where you can find various types of culture and foods in the area. Our neighborhood is quiet with many local markets and restaurants within walking distance. If you're in for an adventure, there are local transportation options that can take you on your journey to explore NYC and all its beautiful landmarks! Not for Rent The space Once inside our cozy bedroom, there will be complementary items (tea, mini snacks, water, and more) for you to enjoy during your stay. The bathroom is equipped with a spacious standing shower. The bedroom, features a desk for remote working with a display monitor. The bedroom also includes a 50 inch TV with an chromecast extension available for you to enjoy all of your streaming services through a wireless connection directly from your smartphone/tablet/laptop. In the common area you’ll find a book with personally recommended restaurants, and activities to explore and see during your stay. Please don't hesitate to reach out to me if you need help with anything. Myself or my Co-host will be more than happy to assist you with any of your needs. Guest access A door passcode will be provided to you once you’ve confirmed your booking and you are within 12 hrs prior to Check-in. Other things to note House Rules: There is a strict NO smoking policy in the house. Violators will be charged an additional fee of $150, and AirBnB will be notified. Music at a moderate level is allowed however partying is strictly prohibited. You will be asked to leave if a partying event is being held. Package and Mail deliveries (Amazon/USPS/FedEx/UPS or any other package delivery service) are not allowed to be delivered to the stay. Guest must deliver packages at the Drop off/Pick up locations from carrier service. Guests are STRICTLY prohibited from using stays address for mail or packages. We are not responsible for packages. Washing machines are not available for stays less than 2 weeks. Please contact me if you would like access to the washing machine. Any damages/lost items will be charged to your account. Please respect the space as if it was your own. We would like you to be very comfortable and enjoy the experience. We will also want the next guest to enjoy the same wonderful experience you had as well. Please note: This Airbnb is NOT for Rent. By accepting this booking you are agreeing that you will NOT be renting this Airbnb on a per month basis. This Airbnb is only for short term stays. This Airbnb is NOT for RENT.
