Beautiful home in Chignahuapan

Welcome to the beautiful Village of Chignahuapan. Enjoy a pleasant and comfortable stay in our well located home that has easy access to everything. We are approximately 9 minutes walking to the Basilica of La Inmaculada Concepcion and the Downtown, 8 minutes drive to the Laguna Chignahuapan, about 15 minutes drive to the Tuliman and Quetzalapan waterfalls and about 20 minutes to the Aguas Termales. The space Our property has four floors. We have a living room, dining room, kitchen, 4 bedrooms with its own closets, one half bathroom, two full bathrooms, two small balconies and finally a beautiful terrace. One room is located on the first floor with a complete bathroom. This room has also access to the garage. On the second floor you will find the living- room, dining- room, kitchen and half bathroom. This floor has access to the first balcony. On the third floor you will find the three bedrooms and a complete bathroom. This floor has access to the second balcony. Finally, on the 4th floor you will find the laundry with a washer and dryer. The laundry has access to go to the terrace where you can enjoy the view from the town and have a relaxing time sitting on the patio chairs. Guest access Guest can make use of everything in the house, living room, dining room, kitchen, bedrooms, balconies, and terrace. Other things to note We have private parking for one car or a small van. There is also free parking on the street. We are very well located with walking distance to the downtown and to LA Tienda 3B.
