Affectionately on the property we call Casa Rogers, as a reminder of our history, values and family tradition, which we offer in this beautiful apartment, specially created to offer our guests a warm, comfortable, private and always available atmosphere for your upcoming travels. - Located in a quiet and easily accessible area -We will be willing to help you 24/7 allow us to take care of you The space We have the ideal place, clean, tidy and private, to host you. The apartment has the services: Internet, WiFi, air conditioning, equipped kitchenette, refrigerator, cable TV, hot water, white service, appliances, cutlery, kitchen utensils, hygiene basic products, sofa bed, first aid kit and smoke and carbon monoxide detector. We offer service to our guests 24 hours a day. We have murals located in certain areas that are representative of Tamazunchale, upon arrival we will show you the facilities and your apartment as well as the shared areas. -Please let us know if you require assistance or additional information, please provide us with your arrival and departure times. Guest access We are close to the main bus stations. We also have private parking designated for our guests. Upon arrival you will be informed of the accessible areas that are currently: -Parking, street, or designated spot (free of charge on any of the 2) -The rooftop (if you have small children always climb with adult supervision) -The entertainment space (shared) -The balcony of the living room (shared) During your stay I like to be present and if not, I can always assist you by message. We also have a caretaker who is at your service for whatever you need. Other things to note We affectionately named the property “Rogers House” as it has been a family project of guest service started by my parents who had one of the important hotels in the region. I gave myself the task of providing everything to provide you with the accommodation in one of my favorite places. I want to make you feel at home, that you know the culture of the huasteca, that you are cautious Tamazunchale and its traditions. We are ready to welcome you and before your arrival I want to highlight important details: • The apartment is in the second floor, the stairs are spacious and with a railing. • Safety is a task that commits us all: let's keep the main entrance closed, the apartments have a veneer at the door to give you peace of mind when leaving for your activities... let's use it. • Internet and TV cable are in optimal condition, in case of any unforeseen circumstances, please let me know and contact customer service from the providers. The internet code will be provided in writing upon arrival along with contact numbers, service phone, and emergencies. • Due to the climate characteristics of the region, we suggest keeping the doors and windows closed to prevent in the possible discomfort of mosquitoes and to maintain the climate created by the air conditioning. • If it's one of the first experiences you do in the huasteca region I recommend: sunblock, mosquito repellent and hydrating yourself continuously. • As your future host, I am making myself at your disposal in the means of contact posted on the Airbnb listing to support you with any theme of the space and we also have the support of the caretaker of the property to accommodate your requirements. • If auxiliary pets are welcome for people with special abilities. •Be sure to check out our travel guide.
