2 bedroom 1 bath in Leelanau county. 8 miles to downtown Traverse City, and 15 miles to sleeping bear dunes, Empire, and Leland(fishtown). The rental has air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms. The essentials are fully stocked so no need to run to the store because you forgot something: Laundry detergent, dryer sheets, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, coffee,spices, oil for cooking. The space One bedroom has a closet and shelving for storage and a queen size bed. The other bedroom has a closet for storage, a life fitness treadmill, and a queen size bed. The living room couch is extra wide and bedding will be available for people.. Kitchen comes fully furnished with everything needed for cooking. The living room has a 65 inch television hooked up to a bluetooth capable sound bar and WiFi covers the whole house. Wifi is fast being fiber optics. But there seems to be 1 to 2 outages a month due to fiber being new to the area. There is a propane grill on the deck. Guest access Guests have access to the entire main floor of the house-Kitchen, living room, dining area, bathroom, 2 bedrooms, and laundry room. Basement, attached garage, detached garage, and pole barn will be locked due to personal property being stored there. There is a gas grill, and fire pit that can be used. The back of the property will have a pole barn and personal belongings such as boats, trailers, etc. stored outside so please stay away from that area. Other things to note 1. There is a propane grill on the deck for you to use. If you use the propane grill. Please don't move it next to the house as the heat will ruin the paint. 2. Wifi login and password is on the router that is on the desk in living room. 3. Living room remotes are labeled on back cover for TV, sound bar, DVD player. 4. This rental is fully stocked with all the essentials. So you won't have to run to the store once you get here because you forgot toilet paper or dish soap or whatever else. Items fully stocked are: Laundry detergent, dryer sheets, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and spices and oil for cooking. 5. There is a fire pit in the yard for you to use. You will likely need to bring your own wood. If there is wood by the pit, feel free to use it. There are self serve firewood stands all around the area. 6. If you check in on Friday you'll have to bring the trash cans up to the house from the road as trash gets picked up Friday morning. If you are staying here Thursday night I ask that you take the trash cans to the road. I'll send a reminder message Thursday afternoon.
