The house is located at the end of a private road that stretches a quarter mile, is steep and windy. During a winter months, a 4-wheel drive vehicle or AWD with chains is required to ensure safe access to the cabin. In the presence of snow, parking will be on top of the road. You will need to walk down to the house to ensure everyone's safety. Guest access Entire house except the garage. Other things to note Pets - We allow DOGS ONLY. Max 2. Dogs must be housebroken and never left alone in the house. No Events or Parties. No Commercial photography and filming. No Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes. Guests are prohibited from possessing within the home or discharging anywhere on the property any fireworks or explosive devices. Quiet hours 10pm-8am Maximum number of guests: 11 According to County Ordinance 927.1, we kindly ask our guests to provide a copy of their identification and sign a formal agreement within 48 hours of making the reservation.
