Enjoy all that Troy has to offer from our downtown home that you will have all to yourselves. This beautiful home has an open concept living room/dining room, a TV room, a fully equipped kitchen and a new modern full bath downstairs. Upstairs are a king bedroom, a bedroom with two twins and sleeping nook with a queen sized bed and a second full bathroom. Spend your nights at our backyard fire pit or sit on our front porch and watch the world go by. Our home has an open living room/dining room that includes a dining room table and chairs that seats at least 6. There is a large sofa and two chairs in the living room that face the fireplace mantle. The fireplace is decorative. The kitchen is adjacent to the living room/dining room and is fully stocked with pots and pans and flatware, plates and glasses. The coffee bar includes a one cup Keurig with coffee pods, a Chemex pour over, a coffee bean grinder, a tea kettle and an assortment of teas. There is a new dishwasher with a deep sink and butcher block countertop. There is a microwave above the gas stove and a full sized refrigerator. Adjacent to the kitchen is a TV room with a sofa and a smart tv that includes YouTubeTV. There is a new full bath right inside the back door. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a new king bed and another bedroom with two twin beds. There is a nook in the upstairs hallway that has a queen bed mattress. A pack and play is stored in the upstairs king bedroom. There is an updated bathroom with a shower and bathtub. Our guests will have private access to our home. This includes off street parking in the driveway, a beautiful front porch and a backyard that includes a fire pit. I will be in touch via text or email throughout your stay. Downtown Troy is a beautiful midwest town that is a great place to visit and a wonderful place to call home. In the center of the downtown is a public square with a beautiful fountain area that is always decorated for the season. There is plenty of shopping, restaurants, bars and coffee shops. There is plenty of on street parking and a couple of parking lots. Two bike shops in town offer rentals and are in walking distance from the house. Our downtown home is on a train route and trains are required to blow their horns for safety.
