The villa is a unique property with fantastic view and wonderful sunsets. It is located at a distance of 5 minutes by car from the picturesque fishing village of Perdika where there are many taverns and bars and 10 minutes from the port of Aegina. It is built on a small hill and is 200 meters away from an organized beach . The space The villa is spread over three levels, has three bedrooms and can accommodate seven adults in beds and an additional two adults on couches that become beds as well as one baby. On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a wc. There is a large balcony in the front with an amazing view and a magical sunset, equipped with an outdoor dining area as well as two wooden deckchairs. The back courtyard has a stone bbq and a second dining table so you can enjoy your food at all hours of the day. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a double bed and TV and a second bedroom with two singe beds. The 2 bedrooms have a/c, private balcony with a great view. Also a modern and very functional bathroom is located between the bedrooms. Downstairs is a bedroom with a double and a single bed. Also there is a living room with two sofa beds that is separated from the bedroom with two libraries. It is equipped with a/c, shared with the bedroom, and there is also a workbench. It also has a bathroom. The lower floor has a wonderful stone balcony/courtyard. Wifi connection is available in all the areas of the house Guest access The house has a storage room which remains locked. All the rest of the house is available to the guests. Other things to note 1. To make the stay with infants and children more friendly, we have a playpen, intercom system, high chair, potty and stroller upon consultation. 2. To visit Hypermarket you need a car. You can also be served by taxi and bus.3. Aegina has an excellent climate, natural beauties, many activities (hiking, horse riding, diving, boat rentals, bike rentals, sailing lessons for children and adults, swimming lessons for children during the summer months), sandy beaches, archaeological sites and museums , monasteries and churches, art exhibitions (magazines), festivals (magazines) and amazing summer cinemas.. 4.There is also a possibility for nearby getaways.
