No exceptions! All guests will be asked to leave if multiple guests are present. The space This room is in a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit. You’ll be sharing common areas with 2 other guests. The space is fairly simple with a bed, desk, bed, and lamp. It may not be aesthetically pleasing but is very practical. It is mainly intended for those who need a comfortable place to sleep. Please note: my cleaners use scented detergents to wash your bedsheets and also scented cleaning solutions to clean your room and the unit. Guest access You may access your room and all common areas on the 2nd floor unit including living room, kitchen, and bathroom. The laundry is on the 1st floor which can be accessed through the back door. During your stay Please message us! Other things to note ***Please make sure to keep your keys on you at all times. If you lock yourself out, it’ll be a $50 charge to get someone out to open the door for you.*** For parking, you can park on Devon Ave but keep in mind it is a big street. You can park on smaller streets like Natoma or Neenah but my favorite method is to park on Highland Ave and walk over to my place through the alley. Please be respectful of other guests!
