Fantastic, quiet finca with pool near Santanyi

The beautiful, quietly situated finca in typical Mallorcan style with its pool, outdoor kitchen and spacious house is an oasis to feel good and relax. She is located on a hill near Cas Concos, from where you have a breathtaking view over the surrounding fields. There is enough space here for up to 6 people to enjoy a relaxing holiday. The space Description: On a hill not far from the Mallorcan village of Cas Concos lies the idyllic finca Can Moli for up to 6 people. The large garden with many plants and palm trees, as well as the hillside create absolute privacy for an undisturbed and quiet holiday. At the pool, various seating areas and loungers invite you to linger and there are also small terraces in front of and behind the house where you can comfortably retreat. For children and sports enthusiasts, there is also a small covered outdoor area with a table tennis and table football. A large, covered outdoor kitchen makes it possible to cook, eat and barbecue right by the pool and outdoors. The kitchenette is fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, cooker, oven, Weber gas grill and a charcoal grill. A large wooden table offers enough space for up to 10 people. The oval pool has the dimensions: The pool is 12m long, 6m wide at its widest point and 2m at its narrowest point. It has a depth of 1.60m - 2.50m. The interior is also generously designed and offers sufficient retreats for all holidaymakers. Already in the entrance area you are welcomed by a small living room with a cosy sitting area and TV, and directly behind it is another living/study/playroom. A third small living area is located on the way to the kitchen in a cosy alcove where another sofa with side table offers space to relax. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers with its ceramic hob, oven, fridge and freezer, as well as a dishwasher and a large dining table all the amenities you could wish for on holiday. A beautiful round-arched ceiling made of typical Mallorcan sandstone also gives this room a very special flair. There are three bedrooms on the ground floor. The first has a double bed 1.50m wide, the second 1.60m wide. In the third bedroom, the bed is 1.80m wide and can also be divided into two single beds. There is also a fourth bedroom upstairs, with another 1.60m wide bed, so there is enough space for a peaceful and restful sleep and sufficient privacy is assured. Upstairs there is also a large room with seating cushions and home cinema with 86 inch TV, a small room with hanging chairs and a bench, as well as a terrace from where you have a beautiful view of the pool and the adjacent fields. Everyone can find their favourite place here. The finca has two large bathrooms on the ground floor. One of them has a shower, the other a bathtub with shower function. Finca Can Moli is located in a beautiful hillside setting between the Mallorcan towns of Cas Concos and S’Alqueria Blanca. These are easily reached by car in a few minutes and both have small supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, bars and restaurants. The larger harbour towns of Porto Petro and Cala D’Or with their beaches are also not far away and Santanyí with its well-known weekly market and some larger supermarkets (Lidl, Eroski) is also easy to reach by car.
