The beautiful, quietly located villa in typical Mallorcan style is an oasis to feel good and relax with its pool, the outdoor kitchen and the spacious house. The space Description: On a hill not far from the Mallorcan town of Cas Concos lies the idyllic villa Can Moli for up to 6 people. The large garden with many plants and palm trees, as well as the slight hillside location, create absolute privacy for an undisturbed and quiet vacation. At the pool, various seating areas and loungers invite you to linger and there are also small terraces in front of and behind the house where you can comfortably retreat. For children and athletes, there is also a ping-pong table and a foosball table in a small covered outdoor space. A large, covered outdoor kitchen allows you to cook, eat and grill directly by the pool and outdoors. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a fridge and freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven, Weber gas grill and a charcoal grill. A large wooden table can accommodate up to 10 people. The oval pool has the dimensions: The pool is 12 m long, 6 m wide at its widest point and 2 m at its narrowest point. It has a depth of 1.60 m - 2.50 m. The interior is also spacious and offers plenty of retreats for all vacationers. Already in the entrance area you will be greeted by a small living room with a cozy sitting area and TV and directly behind it is another living/working/play room. A third small living area is located on the way to the kitchen in a cozy alcove, where another sofa with side table offers space to relax. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers all the amenities you could wish for on vacation with its ceramic hob, stove, fridge and freezer, as well as a dishwasher and a large dining table. A beautiful round arch ceiling made of typical Mallorcan sandstone also gives this room a very special flair. There are three bedrooms on the ground floor. The first has a double bed of 1.50 m, the second with a width of 1.60 m. In the third bedroom, the bed is 1.80 m wide and can also be divided into two single beds. Upstairs there is also a fourth bedroom, with another 1.60 m wide bed, so that there is enough space for a quiet and relaxing sleep and enough privacy. Upstairs there is also a large room with seat cushions and home theater with 86-inch TV, a small room with hanging chair and a bench, as well as a terrace from which you have a beautiful view of the pool and the adjacent fields. Everyone can find their favorite place here. The villa has two large bathrooms on the ground floor. One of them has a shower, the other a bathtub with shower function. The Finca Can Nola is located in a beautiful hillside location between the Mallorcan towns of Cas Concos and S'Alqueria Blanca. These are easily accessible by car in a few minutes and both have small supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, bars and restaurants.
