Sunflower House - Great family rooms and patio

The Sunflower House is a fantastic home located in a quiet, central, easily accessible and safe neighborhood with quick access to all areas of the city. Open floor plan. Great covered backyard patio with grill. Save 10% on stays 7 nights or longer. Save 5% if you book 30 or more days in advance. Guests have the entire house and large fenced backyard to themselves. There is a large covered patio with a gas BBQ grill. Free Wifi The house has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to guests. The space The Sunflower House single story with 3 bedrooms and a "sunflower theme" interior. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and the third bedroom has two twinXL beds (extra length for adults.) The master bedroom has an attached half-bathroom. Both queen bedrooms include televisions with Roku installed. The modern kitchen is very well stocked and provides everything you might need to cook delicious meals. There is an large open attached dining room for great family gatherings. There is full-size refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and water cooler. The backyard has a large covered patio with a full-size patio table for outside dining if desired. There is a gas BBQ grill available. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the house but smoking on the rear patio is allowed. Sunflower house is a pet friendly house; however, please review our pet policy in the "other details to note" section before booking. Our house is your house. Please make yourself at home. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, patio, laundry room and backyard. Guests use a keyless lock to access house. There are no other guests living on the property. There is one hallway closet; one den closet; two metal storage cabinets in the laundry room which are not available to guests. The house has nice exterior lights for good night time visibility in the front and back of the house. Other things to note Pet Policy Sunflower house is a pet friendly home; however we do charge a $30.00 pet fee. Please select the $30.00 pet fee option when booking. In the your booking message, please tell us a little about your pet(s) eg. type, breed, weight etc. Bringing a pet(s) without notifying the hosts' and paying the pet fee will result in an additional fee of $100.00 per pet/per day. Guests must agree to the following: 1. Max of two pets allowed 2. Max weight of each pet must be under 50 pounds 3. Pet(s) must be house-trained 4. No potentially aggressive breeds eg. pitbulls, rottweiler, dobermans etc. 5. Pets are not allowed on furniture especially beds 6. Guests must bring their own dog food and water bowls 7. Not required - but highly recommended - that dogs are crated while guests are not at home. 8. Guests agree to pick-up any pet droppings in the yard and disposed properly in city trash can before departing. 9. Cleaning up after your pet is not included in our normal cleaning fee therefore guests agree to clean up any and all pet related issues - or be charged an additional pet cleaning fee 10. San Angelo has a leash law, all dogs in public must be on a leash - including our front yard. 11. Guests agree to report any pet related damages before departing 12. Guests bringing pets agree to pay for all pet related damages. Parking The driveway can accommodate two to four vehicles with additional parking on the street in front of the house for an additional two vehicles. Please do not park in front of neighbor's houses. Driveway security light and camera for good night time visibility and security. BBQ Grill There is propane grill located on the back patio for guest use: however, guests are responsible for cleaning the grill after using it. Grill cleaning is not included in the normal house cleaning fee. If the grill needs to be cleaned by our cleaning staff an additional $25.00 charge will be added to your account.
