Welcome to our cottage in the heart of Greer's historic downtown. This vintage home includes a fully stocked kitchen, 3 queen-sized beds, a full bathroom and a 1/2 bathroom. There is a large front porch and the small private back yard is fenced-in. Dogs are welcome! Our quiet street is within a short walk to Greer's downtown shops, fine restaurants, and the Greer City Park. We love Greer and enjoy sharing our cottage with visitors. *There is keypad entry for 24 hour check-in. *The is a private well-lit driveway for parking. *There is a large front porch and a private fenced-in back yard with a patio. *There are oak floors throughout and original pine floors in the kitchen. *The vintage bathroom has been restored and there is a Powder Room. *The new kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and baking. *There is a brand new LG Washer/dryer. *We are Pet-Friendly for dogs! Sleeping: *There are 3 bedrooms - each with a queen size bed. *There is also a sofa bed. Technology: *High speed Wifi *There is a Smart TV in the living room with cable and streaming capabilities. Dining: *The fully equipped kitchen includes dishes, flatware, cookware, a microwave, a Keurig machine with a coffee pot, a toaster, a blender, basic spices and baking staples. *There is also a round dining table with seating for 4-6 You'll have the entire cottage to yourself. Make yourself at home! I will be available for any questions or tips throughout your stay. I also live in Greer so I am available if you need anything during your stay. House details and rules: *Check out time is 11am and check in time is 4pm. *Absolutely no parties and no events. This is a residential area, so please no loud noises. *Absolutely no smoking anywhere on the premises. Evidence of smoking will result in additional cleaning fees. *Excessive messes may also result in an additional cleaning fee. *Please do your best to park in the driveway and not in the street. *Please do not use the fireplace for burning anything. *Please do not go up into the attic. *Please do not rearrange the bedroom furniture and please no food or drinks in the bedrooms. * Out of consideration for our future guests, please keep your pup(s) off of the furniture. *Please use the small trash bags provided to pick-up after your pup(s). *The neighborhood is a great place to walk your pup(s), but please keep them leashed at all times, and bring along a small trash bag, just in case. Our neighborhood is great for walking and for walking your dog(s). Charming downtown Greer and The Greer City Park are within a 5 minute walk from the cottage. You can walk the historic streets of Greer Station and explore its boutiques offering designer fashions, vintage antiques, handmade jewelry, local crafts and more. Some of downtown Greer's shops include: The Galleries of Brian Brigham, Southern Sisters Boutique, The Shoppes on Trade, Talloni Shoe Salon, Southern Envy, Sweet Tea Station and Chelsea's Ladies Apparel and Urban Petals. Downtown Greer also offers culinary classes and concerts. There are also many good restaurants within walking distance including: The Great Bay Oyster House, Select, Blue Ridge Brewing Company, Crate Restaurant and Wine Bar, L'Incanto, and Wild Ace Pizza and Pub, to name just a few... The cottage is just a short walk to historic downtown Greer and a variety of dining options, coffee shops, boutiques, and the Greer City Park. It is just 10 minutes to The GSP International airport and BMW, 20 minutes to downtown Greenville, and 25 minutes to downtown Spartanburg. Absolutely no smoking - anywhere on the premises.
