There is private access via a three-story back staircase (approximately 30 stairs), which also contains a private outdoor deck/dining area. Full bathroom, kitchen and open living room and dining room areas with vaulted ceilings, spectacular views of the Green Mountains across the Winooski River and the east end of downtown. Master bedroom with queen bed and sitting area, second bedroom with full bed and stacked washer and dryer. Extra sleeping spots include a full-size couch/futon in the living room and a twin bed sleeping nook, perfect for kids.
