Duplex apartment with 3 bathrooms, 2 of which are en-suites, close to shops, approximately 1.3 km from Praia dos Ingleses, fully equipped, 1 parking space for small cars, living room and kitchen on the ground floor and bedrooms upstairs. Rent by the day, biweekly and monthly with special rates in the low season. The space I rent the entire apartment located in a small building with 5 apartments, on the ground floor there is a living room, kitchen, toilet, barbecue and laundry and on the first floor there are 2 suites. There are no apartments above mine. Private apartment, 1 covered parking space. Rent for 1500.00 for 15 days, 3,400.00 reais for 30 days or daily as per the ad (low season rates). We can also negotiate rates for more than 1 month, but not annual rentals. Other things to note We provide bed linens, we do not provide bath towels. The parking space is private, covered but only fits cars up to SUV, it does not fit trucks or cars the size of Hilux for example. For more than 1 car, there is a vacant lot about 80 meters away where you can park, or the neighbor's parking space when available.
