Fix breakfast in the kitchen stocked with all of your cooking and baking needs. Walk down (a mere 150yds) to the white sand beach at the end of our quiet, dead end street and relax. (Beach carts, beach towels and 6 chairs included.) Come back "home" after your day in the surf and sun and rinse off in the outdoor enclosed shower with hot and cold running water. Then get ready to grill up dinner on the charcoal grill and eat on the two picnic tables in the shade under the house. Relax at the end of the day with a glass of wine on the large, covered front porch while you enjoy the beautiful sunset, listen to the waves and count the stars or watch a movie in the livingroom on the 75" 4K Roku Smart TV. Family and dog friendly! Front porch is gated to help corral kids/dogs. Guest access Guests will be able to choose their own 4-8 digit code for the smart lock. Guests will have the use of the entire house with the exception of a marked owners closet and the locked storage area under the house.
