Orewa Beach Apartment

Right by the beautiful Orewa beach (40 steps). The apartment is an easy stroll along the beach from all the cafes and bars of Orewa. The apartment has sea views right from the lounge. The kitchen is fully fitted out. The lounge has a 55” smart TV. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, the master opening onto the deck. The second bedroom has limited space so is limited to one adult/ teenager…. or two pre-teenage kids. There are stairs so not suited if you have mobility issues. The space The two bedrooms and bathroom are downstairs. The second bedroom has a really good quality super-king bed with a trundle bed that either just slide out at ground level or be a standalone bed. The beds are really good quality with quality linen and pillows etc. The second bedroom is not suited for two adults as space is limited. Ideal for two small kids. Or one teenager or adult. IMPORTANT ! Additionally, the second bedroom can only cater for two beds during the warmer months. This due to the proximity of the heater to the second bed. A portable cot, high chair and stair gate is available for small children. Guest access Access is down a driveway (no turn around…backing out is required). The apartment is totally separate from the front house. The lounge has great sea views. Other things to note A ‘surf-style’ stand up paddle board may be available for use.
