We offer a natural space in the middle of the city, with a country atmosphere and an incredible view. You can rest and enjoy the green of the trees, the aroma of nature and the fresh air of the mountains. We look forward to living and reconnecting with you. Please note: it is a small room, (approximately 3x2 meters) but it is a perfect space for you to feel comfortable. The space If you are looking for a place to get away from the monotony of the city, even though it is close to it, this is the right place. The farmhouse has three large and comfortable spaces to enjoy. In the first area, there is a spacious house with 3 bedrooms available, a living room, a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a balcony area and front garden. The second area has a green area ideal for reading, eating and, why not, playing with your pet. One of the rooms has 1 bunk bed (two 1m beds), both with sets of sheets, pillow, and a mattress so you can rest. The space has adequate cleaning, and has the advantage of being totally dark when you want it, for more comfortable nights. The living-dining room is spacious, it has a dining room ideal for working and eating comfortably. The kitchen is equipped with dishes and basic utensils to prepare meals. The bathrooms have a towel, soap dispenser, toilet, shower, and sink. The front garden and balcony area have comfortable chairs for relaxing, eating, or reading. It has a large, warm hammock for when you want to enjoy a beautiful view of the city. The green areas have a barbecue, kiosk and social area. Very close to the place you can find public recreation areas such as the Club Alto de los Sueños located a 5-minute walk away, where you can enjoy the public pool and sports areas at very low prices. You will find the La Guayacana ecological park just a 10-minute walk away. Lots of fun in nature. Green areas, reading area, games and picnic area. It's important to note that there are roosters in the neighboring houses, whose crowing makes us feel like we're in the countryside. However, if you're a light sleeper, it's important to have earplugs so your sleep isn't interrupted. For people who wish to stay in the month of DECEMBER it is important to note that there may be more noise than usual in the neighboring houses (music and fireworks). Guest access You can enjoy the common areas such as the kitchen, bathroom, reading and work area (main room), and the garden area where you can relax and observe the wonderful view that the place gives us. Other things to note The main access route is located in the El Esmeraldal sector, very close to the Casa Diana Club and the D1 supermarket.
