This loft is located near Canada Life Centre, U of W, Human Rights Museum and plenty more! The space Stunning 575 sq ft. condo located on the 2ndfloor. This suite has a large window giving you a wonderful view of the neighbourhood and tons of natural light. The fully equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances such as a stove top, oven, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. We also have en-suite laundry provided with detergent that is available to use during your stay. We offer basic cooking tools supplies such as oil, salt, pepper and various spices. Bring your favourite type of coffee with you for the French press! In bedroom you’ll find a comfortable queen sized bed that is equipped with fresh linens and a feather duvet. The bathroom features a shower and bathtub with a hair-dryer as well as complimentary toiletries and clean towels. Additional amenities include self-controlled A/C, closet space with hangers. The space is very well kept, professionally cleaned and sanitized after each and every use. Secure entrance to the building with intercom; convenient 2nd floor location, accessible by elevator or 2 flights of stairs from street level. Central air conditioning and heat. Here are a few THINGS TO CONSIDER before renting this loft: *** CHECK IN HOURS ARE FROM 4:00pm-10:00pm. Check in cuts off at 10:00pm. If you arrive past 10:00pm you are not guaranteed to get in. This will not be grounds for a refund *** 1 - This unit is in a residential area, so NO PARTIES are permitted in this property at all times during your stay. 2 - The BUILDING IS MORE THAN 100 YEARS OLD. Although there was a lot of time and detail put into constructing this unit, the nature of the building can allow for noise travel from other units. We don’t personally find this a bother, but a noise sensitive guest may. We do provide sanitary packaged ear plugs within the unit if need be! Like any other older buildings, the walls can be thinner than newer constructions and this is something very typical of all homes built in this era in Winnipeg. That said, it's not something that bothered us as residents and that's why we ask all our guests to respect the neighbors and to not be loud or yell or play loud music inside and outside the building at all times during their stay. Also, we expect our Guests to be quiet after 10h00PM. So if you intend to behave like a party animal, our place is not for you but if you intend to behave like a local, you should love your stay. ****NO PARTIES, EXCESSIVE NOISE OR UNREGISTERED GUESTS*** (There is a zero tolerance for loud noise in this unit, or any type of party taking place. Noise complaints will result in a $300.00 charge as we get fined and the building residents are disturbed. The building has a security guard that walks up and down the halls to ensure safety and report high levels of noise or any disturbances. In the event a party is taking place, security will notify us and you will be asked to leave the premises) * If you intend on booking this unit to have any form of a party or loud gathering we recommend to not book this unit. We will be notified, evict immediately and fine for offenders* * This unit is meant for quiet enjoyment.
