This is a magnificent getaway that will take your breath away. This 3 BHK Villa is perched on top of a hill and is the perfect place to unwind. All the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and an attached balcony making your every glance outside the property enriching with serene views. The space Property Layout: Ground plus 1 Bedrooms: - This villa boasts 3 bedrooms, 1 bedroom is on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms are on the first floor. - The two bedrooms on the first floor has a balcony attached. - Extra mattresses can be provided upon request. Living Room: - The living room offers comfortable seating for 5 people on a sofa. - A smart tv is available in the living room for your entertainment. - The living room has a 6 seater dining table. Bathrooms: - The villa boasts 3 bathrooms, each bedroom is attached with a bathroom. - Basic toiletries are provided, but please bring your own towels. - Geysers are installed in all the bathrooms to ensure hot water availability. Kitchen & Meals: - Should you desire, in-house meals can be arranged by connecting with your dedicated host in advance. - Heavy cooking is prohibited. - The kitchen is semi-equipped with essential appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave and water purifier. - Cutlery and crockery are readily available for use. Outdoor Area: - The Villa has an outdoor lawn with a seating area and tea estate view. - A 360 view of the tea estate and surrounding areas is visible from the terrace. Additional Amenities: - A generator is available for use in case of a power failure (additional charges apply). No heating or cooling devices shall operate. - Complimentary WiFi access is provided. - 2.1 woofer music system. - Mosquito repellent can be supplied to guests if needed. - Barbecue facilities are available upon prior request and at an additional cost. Other Important Information: - The property is nestled in a natural setting, and leaving food outdoors may attract insects and animals. - To ward off mosquitoes, repellents are provided, but we recommend closing doors and windows in the evening to prevent them from entering the house. - Please note that the props seen in the images are solely used for staging and photoshoots. Damage Deposit: A refundable security deposit of INR 5,000/- will be collected upon arrival. This deposit is refundable provided that the total number of guests remains unchanged, the checkout time is adhered to, and no damages are incurred by guests. TRUE FACTS: - Outside food is strictly prohibited. - You need to climb 10-12 steps to reach the property. - No DJ System Allowed - Access Road has minor potholes. - Strictly no smoking in property interiors - Caretaker available onsite/on call from 9 am to 10 pm. - Power fluctuations may happen. Guest access - 5 minute drive from Ellithorai Tea Factory. - 10 minute drive from Mini Echo Rock. - 25 minute drive from Supra Waterfall. Other things to note Welcome to Ekostay! We are thrilled to have you stay with us and we want to ensure you have a wonderful experience. To ensure that we provide the best experience for all of our guests, we ask that you abide by our house rules. • Neighbourhood: Please be respectful of other guests and our neighbours. We ask that you keep noise to a minimum, especially between the hours of 10pm and 8am. • Number of Guests: Only the people listed on the reservation are allowed to stay in the property. • Keep the space clean and tidy. Please dispose of all garbage and recyclables in the appropriate receptacles. • Check in / Check out: We require that all guests check out by 11am on the day of departure. • Damage: Any damage caused to the property during your stay must be reported immediately and you will be held responsible for the costs of repairs. • Injury: The host is not liable for any personal injury of any kind. • Tobacco products - We ask that you please refrain from spitting after consuming tobacco, as this can be deemed unsanitary and may result in a cleaning fee. Additionally, please be mindful of our other guests and the environment, and dispose of your tobacco products safely and responsibly. Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited. Kindly make use of the dedicated smoking zone. • Pest & Flies: As you will be staying in midst of nature, there are high chances of any insects or mosquitoes entering the property. We would like to kindly request that you keep all windows and doors closed at all times in order to restrict them from entering the premises. Hence, in case you fail to do so, we shall not be liable for any monetary compensation under cleanliness violation. This is to ensure the comfort of your stay and to maintain the quality of our services. • Power Outage: We recognize the importance of having reliable electricity and (Complimentary) WIFI access during your stay, and we do our best to ensure that all our guests have a positive experience. In the unfortunate event of a power outage, we have backup inverters in all our villas to provide power for lights and fans for up to 3 hours under normal usage. Please note that air conditioning or any other heating/cooling devices will not work during this period. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. • Parties: Strictly NO DJ parties and events allowed. • Cooking: Mild cooking is allowed in the kitchen. Examples include heating food, making tea or coffee. However, multi-course meals and any cooking that requires extended use of the kitchen and its appliances are strictly prohibited. We also kindly ask you to clean up after your meals. Please dispose of all food waste in the provided garbage can and wipe down the kitchen counter, stove, and other surfaces you have used. Spoiled surface may attract pests for which we shall not be liable in case of any complaints arise due to the same. In the event that you fail to abide by the above policies mentioned, we will not be held liable and no monetary compensation will be honoured.
