Gorgeous duplex house with 3 Bedroom & 3 Bath spacious(high speed WiFi and TV-Amazon fire stick) dwelling within an elegant closed community called the Vakil Hosur Hills in Hosur near Bangalore. Ideal place for weekend destination, family stay, wedding, tourist and business travellers. NO CCTV cameras indoors. We have security cameras outdoors along the fence line. We have a shared community pool, not private. The space The house is fully furnished with queen size bed on the ground floor and king & queen size bed on the 1st floor with an attached bath for each room. When you book the entire house, you will have access to all areas in the house, including the living area and kitchen. There are many parks and kids playground with play structure, you can enjoy a long walk around the Community. This house has all essential appliances that you may need while traveling. The beds are comfy with IKEA pillows and Linens, and has large wardrobe for storing your clothes. There is a full operational Kitchen in house with Prestige appliances and cookware. Surrounding the house there is a nice garden area with lots of ventilation. The main living area has TV for entertainment and Sofas to relax. Automatic washing machine is also available. The master bedroom has a Air Conditioner. The Kitchen has operational stove and utensils like cutlery, Prestige 4 Ltr pressure cooker, pans and pots are available. We will have limited quantity of sugar, salt, tea, coffee mix in the villa. We have a catering service provider who can deliver food for breakfasts, lunch and dinner. There is also a small community shop close to the house, where you should be able to buy essential supplies like milk, groceries, etc. For security, we have 24/7 security services in the community with security cameras installed outdoors. We have a pool that is operated by the society and our guests are free to use the pool. Operation of the pool is not managed by us.
