If they are not enough for you, please prepare extra towels by yourself or use the washing maching in the room to wash them. When you run out of Toilet paper・Tissue paper・Garbage bag, please let me know. Guest access ● You can use all the appliances provided in the room. ● There's no free parking space here. Please use the nearby coin parking lot. Other things to note ● Please do not smoke in the room, on the balcony or anywhere inside the building. ● Check-in & Check-out Check-in time: After 4 PM Check-out time: By 10 am ＊Late check-out fee is 1,000 yen per 30-minutes. ＊Luggage storage service is not provided after check-out time. Leaving your luggage in the room without a permission is regarded as late check-out. ● During the stay ＊Please keep quiet after 9 pm & don't make loud noises ＊Please try to clean up after yourselves and keep the room clean. An extra cleaning fee (to clean up trash or remove odor・dirt・stains) may be applied if the room is left too messy. ● Check-out time ＊Please don't leave any bulky trash or luggage you want to dispose of behind as the Building's Waste collector doesn't collect bulky trash. I will charge you extra fee if you do. ＊Please check again to see if there is any forgotten item in the room before checking out. If you want me to deliver the forgotten item back to you, you will need to pay Service Fee 2000JPY as well as the Delivery Fee. ● If you want to extend your stay here, please inform me at least 1 day before the original check-out date.
