Unplug, unwind, and connect with your loved ones over sharing a meal or stories by the fire. The Fox Den cabin has a cozy great room with a wood-burning stone fireplace. Tall windows and soaring pine ceilings allow plenty of sunshine and the mountain view is visible from everywhere. The space A fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook whatever your heart desires, with new pans, dishware, silverware, and glassware, all stored within silver fox handled cabinets! Blender, crock pot, toaster oven, toaster, coffeepot, waffle maker, utensils, and a microwave are all a fingertip's length away. The Fox Den kitchen is complete with oven, cook top, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Seating for six, plus two folding chairs, provide plenty of easy access dining for everyone. There is a charcoal grill available. Guests will need to purchase charcoal for using it. Two bedrooms with full sized beds and a bathroom with a tub shower combo provide easy access off the great room. A stacked washer and dryer allow for easy laundry services on the main floor. A quiet and private bedroom suite with queen sized bed and private bathroom is located up the stairs, overlooking the sunny great room . Down the stairs, a TV room, completed with ping pong and foosball tables await your attention. A sleeping alcove with a fourth bed (full size) and electric fireplace provide a place for an additional two guests to rest their heads. Have a cup of coffee or tea on the back deck, while enjoying the year round view of nearby mountains, or grill on the new Weber grill and eat around the picnic table on the sunny deck. Declaration of expectations: Please expect spiders, bees on the porch in summer, bears in the woods and creaking floors . Its a log cabin:) Guest access The entire cabin and the yard around it Other things to note There is no TV service at the cabin , but guests can login to their Netflix, Hulu and Amazon prime accounts using any of the 3 flat screen TVs. In response to some comments about the road, there is a 1.65 mile section of unpaved gravel road that leads to the cabin. It is very well maintained and owner and guests were able to easily get here using economy sedans , convertibles and all kind of cars. Four wheel drive or SUVs are not required for this road . Up to two pets are allowed with a $35 pet fee. Guests agree to keep their pets off the furniture (especially beds). Excessive pet hair on bedding may result in a $20 laundering fee per affected bed. The property owner can not guarantee a steady wifi service. Most of the times it works great but it has its down and slow moments . The mountain area does not have any other options for better providers or a faster service. This rental is located in residential area. Please be courteous to our neighbors and residents.
