L'Échappée Belle, chalet with hot tub, pool table, foosball table

Staying at the Echappée Belle means opting for a comfortable chalet renovated with taste and charm that can accommodate up to 6 people. Located at the foot of Donon, in the pretty little village of Raon-sur-Plaine, discover a green nature calling for rest and escape. As a couple, with family or friends, you will feel at home thanks to its many amenities including a 6-seater hot tub, pool table, darts and foosball. The space DESCRIPTION OF THE BEAUTIFUL ESCAPE: Outside: L'Echappée Belle is a chalet of 80 m2 located in the village of Raon-sur-Plaine 5 min from the Donon. Its land of 13 ares is semi-closed and bordered by the river La Plaine. A pleasant terrace of 15 m2 will allow you to contemplate nature and access the spa and solar shower located under the pergola. Parking space is located in front of the property. You will have access to the barbecue outside except during the winter. The ground floor: It consists of a large living room divided into 2 parts thanks to a semi-open bar that allows communication between the living/dining room and the kitchen. The wood burning stove is the central element of this room. You will undoubtedly enjoy snuggling against in the winter. The dining table, convertible into a pool table is also a centerpiece of the Echappée Belle! A small bathroom completes the ground floor. Upstairs: It consists of a large landing and 2 bedrooms. The landing is truly the game room, for young and old: foosball and dartboard can keep you busy for hours! The 1st bedroom consists of a 160x200cm double bed. The 2nd bedroom leaves room for 2 single beds of 80 x 200 cm, also combinable to form a double bed of 160 x 200 cm according to your needs. Finally, a sofa bed of 160 x 200 cm also completes the landing for sleeping 6 people in total. CLEANING: The cottage, its exteriors and amenities must be returned in the clean and tidy condition in which you found them when you arrived. To do this, cleaning supplies are available. You'll make sure to empty your garbage and trash, strip the beds, put away clean dishes, and clean kitchen equipment. An additional cleaning fee (€100) is possible upon request for floor and bathroom cleaning. LINENS: Towels and bed linen are provided and beds are made upon your arrival. An optional bath linen kit is available for €10 (paid on arrival) per person including: 1 shower towel, 1 hand towel and 1 bathrobe for the spa. We also recommend providing slippers for the interior as the floor can be cold in the winter and flip-flops/flip-flops for access to the SPA. HOT TUB: An amount of €50 will be automatically added when you book. This includes the use of the spa during your stay (summer and winter), the consumption of electricity and water as well as its emptying. A few points of vigilance for the use of the spa and to ensure the cleanliness of the water during your stay: - take a shower systematically every time before entering the hot tub wearing your swimsuit to remove any residue from laundry detergent - Always remove makeup every time before entering the hot tub - use the pediluve systematically to rinse off your feet before entering the hot tub - Food or Drink is not allowed in the spa Things TO KNOW: If these rules are not followed and the water quality deteriorates during your stay, no drain will be carried out. BEBE: A baby kit is available upon request: baby dishes, crib, high chair and changing mat. Crib linens must be brought by you. PET: We are happy to accept your dog (supplement of €20 per stay per pet to be paid upon arrival). For hygiene reasons, access to the floor is prohibited (carpet). You can use the gate at the bottom of the stairs to block access to the upstairs. We advise you to bring a cage/crate to make sure it does not damage anything in the cottage during your sleep for example.
