L'Échappée Belle, chalet with hot tub, pool table, foosball table

Staying at the Echappée Belle means opting for a comfortable chalet renovated with taste and charm that can accommodate up to 6 people. Located at the foot of Donon, in the pretty little village of Raon-sur-Plaine, discover a green nature calling for rest and escape. As a couple, with family or friends, you will feel at home thanks to its many amenities including a 6-seater hot tub, pool table, darts and foosball. The space DESCRIPTION OF L'ÉCHAPPÉE BELLE: The exteriors: L'Echappée Belle is an 80 m2 chalet located in the village of Raon-sur-Plaine, 5 minutes from Donon. Its 13-acre plot is semi-fenced and bordered by the La Plaine River. A pleasant 15 m2 terrace will allow you to contemplate nature and access the spa and solar shower located under the pergola. Parking space is located in front of the property. Ground floor: It consists of a large living room divided into 2 parts thanks to a semi-open bar that allows you to communicate between the living/dining room and the kitchen. The wood stove is the central element of this room. You will undoubtedly enjoy snuggling up against it in winter. The dining table, convertible into a pool table, is also a centerpiece of the Echappée Belle! A small bathroom completes the ground floor. The floor: It consists of a large landing and 2 bedrooms. The landing is truly the game room, for young and old: foosball and darts will keep you busy for hours! The 1st bedroom consists of a double bed of 160 x 200 cm. The 2nd bedroom accommodates 2 single beds of 80 x 200 cm, which can also be combined to form a double bed of 160 x 200 cm according to your needs. Finally, a 160 x 200 cm sofa bed also completes the landing for a total of 6 people. CLEANING: The cottage, its exteriors and amenities must be returned in the clean and tidy condition in which you found them upon arrival. To do this, the cleaning kit is at your disposal. You will take care to empty your garbage cans and waste, strip the beds, put away clean dishes and clean the kitchen equipment. An additional cleaning fee (€100) is possible on request for cleaning the floors and bathroom. LINENS: Towels and bed linen are provided and the beds are made upon arrival. A bath linen kit is available as an option for €10 (to be paid upon arrival) per person including: 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel and 1 bathrobe for the spa. We also recommend that you bring slippers for the interior as the floor can be cold in winter and flip-flops for access to the SPA. HOT TUB: An amount of €50 will automatically be added when you book. This includes the use of the spa during your stay (summer and winter), the consumption of electricity and water as well as its drainage. Some points to note when using the hot tub and to ensure the cleanliness of the water during your stay: - take a shower systematically each time before entering the hot tub while wearing your swimsuit to remove all laundry residues - always remove makeup each time before entering the hot tub - use the foot bath systematically to rinse your feet before entering the hot tub - food and drink are not allowed in the hot tub PLEASE NOTE: If these rules are not respected and the water quality deteriorates during your stay, no drainage will be carried out. BABY: A baby kit is available on request: baby dishes, baby bed, high chair and changing mat. Baby bed linens must be brought by you. PETS: We gladly accept your dog (supplement of €20 per stay and per animal to be paid upon arrival). For hygiene reasons, access to the floor is prohibited (carpet). You can use the gate at the bottom of the stairs to block access to the floor. We recommend that you bring a crate/case to make sure it doesn't damage anything in the cottage while you sleep, for example.
