Living room with sectional, reclining sofa with storage and phone charging. Beverage bar off living area with beverage fridge is perfect for storing your favorite cocktails. Master has king bed, sliders out to the lanai, en-suite bath and walk in closet. Extra long dock is perfect for fishing or just relaxing and watching the fish jump down the canal. Boat lift is for owner use only. Guest swim at their own risk in both pool/hot tub. Bedroom layout: Master-King bed, en-suite bathroom, walk in closet, smart TV, lanai access Second Bedroom - Queen bed Third Bedroom - Queen bed and lanai access Smoking is not permitted inside the Property or on the premises. Pets are not permitted in the property or on the premises No parties or events allowed Interior Fireplace is not to be used at anytime No unauthorized guest at any time There is seawall issues, can still access the dock and most of the backyard, be cautious when using the backyard and dock. If you use the grill please make sure it is pulled away from the house and screen. MUST be cleaned upon departure.. There is a $50 fee if grill is not cleaned. Grill is propane. For Safety/Security: Home has exterior security cameras. One is a RING doorbell facing the front entry, additional cameras in the front exterior, rear exterior and dock.
