EXTENDED-STAY AVAILABILITY AND RATES Watermark is available exclusively for furnished stays of 15 weeks or longer. Longer initial terms and extensions are welcome. Base rates generally range from $15,000 to $24,000 per 30 nights, depending on the season, length of stay, and included amenities. Airbnb displays a fee-inclusive total price before taxes. Workshop access, enhanced pool heating, approved pets, and other optional services are not included in the base rate and may be priced separately when requested. Please provide your requested dates and anticipated lease term when making an inquiry. Watermark is not available for short-term vacation stays, weddings, parties, retreats, or events. REQUIRED WEEKLY HOUSEKEEPING Weekly professional housekeeping is required to protect and maintain the furnished residence. residence. Basic housekeeping is provided once each week and included in the quoted housing rate. The service is valued at $450 per visit. Basic housekeeping does not include personal laundry, dishes, excessive cleanup, deep cleaning, or damage-related services. Additional services will be charged separately.
