The house has been completely renovated for 12 people + 1 baby. Guest access You have access to the entire Home, Garden, and Pool These amenities like the whole house are private and therefore just yours. (summer kitchen, swimming pool and summer lounge accessible from mid-May to mid-October) Other things to note ⚠️ The maximum capacity of the house is 14 people ⚠️ Adults, children and babies combined, no more! 》12 regular beds + 1 extra bed for 2 people + 1 baby bed (4 double beds, 4 single beds, 1 modular sofa in the playroom + 1 baby bed) ➡️ Indeed, this limit is strict. We are not allowed to rent to more than that. This law applies to all furnished tourist accommodations in France not classified as public-access buildings. Legally, a baby is a person. For your convenience, we therefore prefer to stick to the strict legal framework, because in the event of any problem when the capacity is exceeded, we are no longer insured! Therefore, by confirming your booking, you agree to respect this number of people, which is 15 in total. Beyond that, you are subject to penalties/prosecution and will be held liable if a problem arises. Reservations exceeding this number will be automatically canceled without refund. I would like to point out that a company handles the housekeeping as well as the beds. Despite the cleaning fee, linens (sheets and towels) must be placed in the laundry room before your departure. The house must also be tidy, the plancha cleaned, and the garbage pails emptied. ⚠️ Warning ⚠️ We have noticed that the accommodation is increasingly being returned in very unsatisfactory conditions: very disgusting level of cleanliness, general disorder, lack of storage of items and presence of damage which goes beyond what the cleaning fee is supposed to cover. The cleaning package, as a reminder, includes the final cleaning, but it does not exempt you from returning the accommodation in a correct and tidy condition. I would like to point out that it is your responsibility to return the property in the condition in which you received it after the cleaning company has left. Indeed, the cleaning fee does not cover tidying, damage, thorough cleaning, or repairs. We are therefore making new arrangements as of August 10, 2025. From this date, if the state of cleanliness is deemed insufficient upon departure, if items are not put back in place, or if a significant amount of breakage or damage is found, a fee of 100 euros will be charged in addition to the cleaning fee.
