Suite has its own private entrance, large private covered patio and parking on site. It has 1 queen size beds and large sofa to enjoy your movie time. Located within walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants! 10min stroll gets you to gorgeous Elk Lake Park, 5min walk to Commonwealth leisure Center and 7min drive to Cordova beach. The space The main area of this suite has a large living room with big island and additional round dining table. Enjoy your favorite TV shows on a large TV while relaxing on a cozy sofa. The Sofa in the living room can be converted into bed. The bedroom has queen size bed. The suite has these appliances: Stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, fridge, pots and pans, dishware, cleaning supplies. Washer and dryer (Shared access with the host). Your hosts live above the suite and are available to help with anything you may need. We are both quiet working professionals who are respectful of your space and privacy. Guest access The laundry is shared with your hosts but you would have a private access door to it. Please let us know when you would like to do the laundry and we would make it available for you.
