Mimosa - Large House 8 people ideal for long stays

We offer a spacious and bright accommodation that can accommodate up to 8 people. Composed of a large living room, open kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it is ideal for long stays. Located in a residential area 20 minutes from Paris and 5 minutes from Orly Airport by car, the residence is both peaceful and very easily accessible. You will have at your disposal the entire accommodation as well as a beautiful outdoor terrace with furniture. The space The house can comfortably accommodate 8 people and has all the necessary amenities to make your stay go smoothly. On the ground floor you will find: - A large double living/dining room - A fully equipped open kitchen (dishes, oven, microwave, machine, etc.) - A first bedroom with a queen size double bed (160 x 200 cm) and its dedicated dressing room. - Bathroom with shower and double sink - A separate toilet On the first floor you will have: - A second bedroom with 3 single beds (90 x 200 cm) - A third bedroom with 1 queen size double bed (160 x 200 cm) and 1 single single bed (90 x 200 cm) - Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Regarding consumables such as toilet paper, tissues or dishwashing liquid, you will only be provided with a limited quantity for your arrival, but then you will need to go by yourself to get it. A washing machine is available however laundry and softener are not provided. A supermarket is available about 500 m from the accommodation so you can shop. Outside you will have a terrace furnished with garden furniture, perfect for summer meals. All bedrooms have quality bedding and for each tenant bed linen and bath towels are provided. Guest access You will have access to the entire property with its adjoining terrace.
