Old stone barn composed of 2 apartments and located in a small quiet hamlet on the borders of the Haute-Loire and the Ardèche. This family home is ideal for nature lovers. The space Two apartments each composed of a semi-open kitchen, a living room with wood stove, a living room and two double bedrooms. The top apartment also has a dormitory in the attic. The vacation rental can accommodate 12 people. The sofas in the living rooms can offer 4 extra beds if needed. A terrace, accompanied by a leisure garden, offers a space for relaxation and conviviality. Guest access The garden and terrace are shared with the owners or with other tenants. They are only accessible in summer. A small terrace adjoining the lower apartment is also available. Other things to note The staircase to access the attic where the dormitory is located is very steep. Baby bed, changing table, bathtub, high chair on request (based on availability). Due to the COVID epidemic, bed linen is no longer provided systematically but a rental service has been set up at a rate of €8 per bed. Heating is extra fee.
