Attic apartment on the 2nd floor of an old building, simple but comfortable, ideal for a stay of a few days. Quiet and well located in Saint Galmier, it has a semi-closed bedroom, a kitchen equipped with the necessary and a cozy space. Please note that access is via a slightly steep staircase and the ceiling height is a little low in places, making it an atypical and functional accommodation, but perfect for passing travelers or professional stays. The space The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an old building, in a quiet and convenient setting to discover Saint-Galmier or stay during a business trip. The accommodation is an attic: it offers atypical charm but may be less practical for tall people, especially in the bathroom where the height is a little reduced (although it complies with the standards in force). The bedroom equipped with a 140 bed and a dressing room is semi-enclosed, separated from the living room by a partition but without a full door, which preserves privacy while keeping an open spirit. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials (hotplates, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, basic dishes) to easily prepare simple meals. The living room offers a pleasant living room, with a 140 sofa bed as an extra bed and a dining area for 4 people. Access to the accommodation is via a fairly steep staircase, which can be restrictive for people with limited mobility or with large suitcases. TV access via the Molotov TV app and Wi-Fi internet throughout the apartment. Despite its simplicity, the apartment is appreciated for its cleanliness, functionality, calm and the availability of the host. It is ideal for a stay of a few days, whether for a weekend or a business trip. Guest access The entire property is fully accessible to guests from 4:00 p.m., with an independent entrance via a key box. We ask guests to check in no later than 8:00 p.m.; the time until which we remain available. However, you can access the property 24 hours a day, but make sure you have received the check-in information beforehand. The cottage is accessible mainly by car. You will be able to park your vehicle in the free parking nearby (no private parking). The accommodation can also be accessed on foot via the bus link to Saint-Etienne (contact us for more details). Other things to note Upon your arrival, we provide you with starting consumables for your convenience, such as garbage bags, toilet paper, shower gel and dishwashing liquid. Guests will be responsible for any additional consumables. In addition, we provide all bed linen, one bath towel per person, as well as kitchen linen (tea towel, microfiber cloth and sponge). You will also find some coffee pods and tea bags at your disposal, free of charge. Finally, parties are not allowed in the accommodation and the accommodation is entirely non-smoking inside.
