It has 3 bedrooms, an outdoor area with a barbecue, swimming pool, hammock for resting. There are two covered parking spaces. It is two blocks from the beach, and close to local shops with a bakery, market and pharmacy. 10-minute walk to Encontro das Águas square. The pool is sanitized before the guest's entrance. Check-in 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Check-out by 12 noon The space The house has a large outdoor area. Part paved and part grassy. Barbecue and swimming pool. Other things to note The first floor house is deactivated, there are no tenants or residents, the outdoor area is available for guest use.
