We just added & installed a window AC unit as well! Guest access Guests have access to the backyard studio. There is a main home on the property which guests do not have access to. **There is no laundry onsite but a laundromat less than a mile away. Other things to note We only accept reservations made directly by the guests themselves. Bookings for third parties are not allowed. Your reservation must be made for your personal use and enjoyment.
