Gold Coast Theme Park Dreamworld is approx a 15-minute drive from the house straight down the freeway. Shopping, City Centre, boatramp and river good for kayaking all within a couple of minutes walk from the house with free Parking and wifi The space Two Great Parks within walking distance from the house. One is straight across the road with swings for the kids and access to the river via a boat ramp . Also floating pontoons for fishing or kayaking with river views. This is the Park the famous Logan river run is held most Saturdays and is a great walking track or running track by the river. At the other end of the street is another great park for families with swings and free gas BBQs and a duck pond you can feed the swans and ducks or feed the large carp in the pond with bread. The kids love it. Or a great spot to run remote control boats or just relax and have a BBQ . The gas BBQs are free to use. Theres also a basketball court , BMX and bike track. Head towards the city centre a couple of minutes away with some great restaurants, pubs, bars , bowls clubs, gyms, Sports Arenas, all your takeaway favourites and shopping centres. Golf Courses within 7 minutes drive from the house. Or head north down the freeway and you will be at the Logan Hyperdome a very large shopping centre with everything you would expect just 7 minutes drive from the house. This is a great midway spot between the Gold Coast and Brisbane approx 30 minutes drive each way and 15 minutes to the Gold Coast theme parks like dream world an movieworld or head into Southbank in Brisbane and all the offerings there. Head into the hinterland to Tambourine mountain and the rainforest walks and waterfalls 30 minutes away. Guest access You have the house which is the top floor . The Parking space is in front of the garage is also yours. Arrivals/check-in at the property must be after 2pm and before 11pm. The maximum cars allowed onsite is 3 to comply with local council guidelines. Do not park on the street use the concrete driveway. The left hand side of the driveway can also be used, that is the left when you face the house from the street. Arrivals after 11:30 pm are not in line with our noise policy. This is a quiet residential neighbourhood. Other things to note There is a granny flat that is separate dwelling from the main house which is the bottom floor area and is not included with the booking.
