The Annex, a Cozy & Secure Home with Wi-Fi & UPS!

The Annex is located in the surf-town of Muizenberg. It has unique access to The Marina, perfect for leisurely sunset picnics. The space has one bedroom with a loft, fire place & full bathroom. It has a kitchenette for basic meal prep & a spacious living room which gets gorgeous sunlight in the afternoons. You are welcome to explore the garden, you may even encounter the resident tortoise and dog! The Annex is attached to Simon and Jenny's home with a shared garden & pool space. The space The main bedroom has a queen bed and loft space with a single bed in it. It is accessible by means of a steep ladder-like staircase. The bathroom has a sliding door and there is plenty of cupboard space available. The ceilings in The Annex are high with beautiful wooden beams which adds character and makes it feel spacious but cozy. The annex sleeps 3 people comfortably but we can accommodate 4 guests if needed at an extra cost. The Annex has some beautiful bird life. The Marina is safe for walks and runs over the waterways. A walk/ run within the Marina can amount to a distance of 4-5km. Guest access You are welcome to access the garden, Marina & pool area. Other things to note There is no TV. The Annex is home to a dog that you will encounter during your stay. The Annex is located on a busy road. The annex doesn’t have a generator or inverter for loadshedding. It does have a UPS to backup the WiFi, gas 2-burner for cooking and rechargeable lamps.
