The pool showcases a large wooded courtyard. For added comfort, an arbor, deckchairs and changing rooms/bathrooms are also provided. Guest access Renting the entire house guarantees you exclusive use: you will not share it with people outside your group. You will benefit from the enjoyment of the main building (prices and number of rooms occupied according to the number of people expected) and the adjoining outdoor spaces. We rely on your good faith to provide the exact number of people expected. The Airbnb platform gives you the ability to update this information if your plans change before the day of your arrival. Please note that in the event of any inconsistency between the number of people indicated at the time of booking and the number of people who show up on arrival, our team will be unable to provide the service. In this case, unfortunately, the first night can't be refunded. Other things to note The villa is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 8 people over 1 year old. For the sake of fairness and equity, the pricing structure has been adjusted to match the number of guests. Thus, the base rates presented in our listing apply for groups of four people or less. For groups exceeding this number, an additional 50 euros per person per night will be applied from the fifth guest, up to a maximum capacity of ten people. Unlike other properties in the sub-region, you don't have to pay extra for electricity. Breakfast service is available, optional (€10/guest per day). Please note that pets are not allowed on site. Penalties will apply if there's damage or additional cleaning is required. Also, in order to comply with the regulations in force, each guest will be asked to provide an identity document to fill out the arrival form (at check-in). We appreciate your understanding and thank you in advance for your cooperation. In accordance with Beninese law, we're required to collect a tourist tax for each night. This tax will be remitted monthly to the public treasury. The details of the funds collected will appear on your invoice under the heading "Miscellaneous fees per night".
