Welcome to Depas Baja — your ideal group stay in Ensenada! Conveniently located just 5 minutes from Downtown and 20 minutes from Valle de Guadalupe. This property is great for friends and family traveling together, comfortably hosting up to 16 guests!! This reservation includes four studio rooms, plus exclusivity to the outdoor areas — pool, patio, and exterior kitchen. No parties allowed. No music or loud noise after 10pm. Pet friendly (pets need to be added to reservation and pay fee). The space Depas Baja features 4 private studio-style rooms, each designed for comfort and convenience. This is not a traditional house setup — there is no indoor living room or indoor kitchen. The property is designed with independent studios and shared outdoor gathering areas. -Room 1: Ground floor, biggest room, big private bathroom and walking closet, table and a couple chairs, sliding doors to pool view. King size bed, and big sofa-bed (Sleeps 4 total). -Room 2: Second floor, smallest room, private bathroom and walking closet, small table with a couple benches. Queen size bed and a double sofa-bed (Sleeps 4 total). -Room 3: Second floor, medium room, private bathroom and walking closet, small table with a couple benches. Queen size bed and a double sofa-bed (Sleeps 4 total). -Room 4: Second floor, big room, private bathroom and walking closet, table with a couple chairs, King size bed and a double sofa-bed (Sleeps 4 total). Every room includes its own private bathroom, smart TV, table and a couple chairs, air-conditioning/heating, blackout curtains, fast Wi-Fi, walk-in closet. Rooms 2, 3, and 4 also include a mini-fridge, coffee maker, and a microwave for added convenience. A couple water bottles and a few coffee pods are offered as courtesy (not refillable). Please note: There is a private house next to the property. Please respect quiet hours (10pm-8am) and only use the designated guest areas. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to all four studio rooms and the exterior amenities, including: Swimming pool, fire pit area, exterior dinning table and chairs, exterior sofa, outdoor kitchen with stove, wok bowl, and sink, outdoor shower and half bathroom next to the pool. Each studio has its own door with an electronic lock and individual access code. For your convenience, check-in is fully autonomous. On the day of your arrival, you will receive clear instructions along with the codes to access. Please note: There is a private house next to this property that is not part of the reservation. Kindly do not cross the small black fence dividing the spaces. Street parking. Other things to note Need more space?
