Located in a residential area at the entrance to Gerzat, this single-story accommodation will give you all the comforts you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay in the area. Fully equipped and decorated in an industrial/vintage style, you will feel at home here. The garden and entrance courtyard are currently under construction in anticipation of a pleasant garden and soon a swimming pool! Come and relax in front of the stove and let yourself be lulled by the sweet melody of the crackling fire! The space In this accommodation you will have access to two bedrooms (2 double beds 140 x 190), a bathroom with walk-in shower, a large living room, a fully equipped open kitchen and separate toilet. Regarding the exteriors (under construction) you can enjoy a parking space in the inner courtyard in front of the garage and on the garden side of a large terrace very well exposed and sunny. Each room of the house is equipped with reversible air conditioning and the living room has a pellet stove. EQUIPMENT Kitchen: oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction cooktop, kettle, coffee machine, large fridge and freezer Laundry room: washing machine, second refrigerator, vacuum cleaner and mop Living room: 140 cm 4K TV, IPTV with all movie and sports channels as well as a wide range of series and movies, Marshall speaker, high-speed fiber Wi-Fi, extendable console table Bathroom: walk-in shower, towel rail Bedroom 1: ironing board and iron, double bed and wardrobe Bedroom 2: Double bed Terrace: Dining table and garden furniture Guest access You'll have access to the entire home except the back bedroom and garage. You can arrive at the accommodation from 5 p.m., I will come to welcome you myself in order to give you the keys and show you the accommodation. Check-out is no later than noon. Towels will be available and placed on the beds. I would ask you to leave the home in the condition in which you found it on arrival. CLEANING I pay particular attention to cleaning and disinfecting the accommodation due to the current health situation. ACTIVITIES The location of this accommodation is ideal for enjoying all the activities in the area. - 15 min drive to downtown Clermont-Fd - 20 min drive to the thermal baths of Châtel-Guyon - 20 min drive to the Royat thermal baths - About 30 minutes from Puy-de-Dôme and the Puys mountain range - 10 minutes from Aulnat Airport Other things to note I would ask you to respect the amenities of the accommodation and return it as you found it on arrival. If you have any problems or damage/break something, I prefer that you be honest rather than me finding out for myself. Parties and other celebrations of all kinds are prohibited in order to respect the accommodation and the neighborhood. No pets allowed in the accommodation. If you have any questions before and during the stay, I would be happy to answer them. Also, my mother living in the neighborhood will be able to intervene for any needs or questions.
