Pelorus River Farm Stay

Quiet location on small lifestyle block, adjacent to the pelorus river, just a short walk down our private track, suitable for swimming kayaking or fishing. Close to great areas for walking, tramping, mountain biking. Main house with 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms, and aditional seperate sleep out available on request. ( then sleeps total of 10). Also a fold out couch and extra mattress NB property is residence to a young family but it is unfenced and there are water hazards for young children. Other things to note This is a non-smoking and non-vaping property including outside.
